These terms describe how VocaMagnet may be used. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
VocaMagnet is an online tool for learning vocabulary. It lets you read texts, save unknown words as flashcards, create your own sets and practise them in several study modes.
The service is provided as it is at the moment of use. Features may be improved, added or replaced over time.
2. Account
You need an account to store your data. Keep your password safe and do not share your account with others.
You are responsible for the content you add to your own sets. Do not upload unlawful or offensive material.
3. Free trial
Each account gets one free 30-day trial. It starts the first time you enter the learning part of the app after confirming your account, and its start date never changes. Days 1–7: AI features with free trial credits. Days 8–30: you keep learning and can add cards manually and use saved translations and pronunciation; new AI content requires a subscription.
When the trial ends without a subscription, learning is locked but your data is not deleted. You can still sign in, export or delete your learning data and view the subscription offer. A new trial cannot be started again — not by signing in again, using another device or deleting data.
4. Subscription and credits
Full access costs 25 Kč per month or 300 Kč per year. The yearly plan includes 12,000 AI credits, an average of 1,000 per month, all added at once at the start of the annual period (not a monthly limit or monthly top-up); additional credits can be bought separately, for example 3,500 credits for 100 Kč. Purchased credits do not expire.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. A subscription renews until it is cancelled; cancelling stops the next renewal and access remains until the end of the paid period.
5. AI features
Translations, generated sets and similar features use automated language models. Results are usually good, but they can contain mistakes — treat them as study help, not as certified translation.
AI features consume credits. When credits run out, AI features pause until they are renewed or topped up.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload or copy the service, and do not use it to process content you have no right to use.
Accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these rules may be limited or closed.
7. Liability
We do our best to keep the service available and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific learning results.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
8. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated; the date above always shows the current version. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
